Our phylosophy can be briefly described : win-win relationships. We firmly believe in supportiveness and colaborativity used as a cross inspiration. Recursion and change. Synergy and inertia.

A sinerzia is an interaction among parts which boost mutually and recursively the effects, generating a positive spiral.

• Synergy : The action of two (or more) causes that produces an effect higher than the sum of the individual effects.
• Inertia : and those causes and effects are inertial : the effects happen to be causes of new effects. Cause inertia.

• 1+1>2, 2+2>4, 4+4>8, etc

Mechanically, an inertia drive is a heavy metal disc that is hard to start moving and hard to brake. So, it stabilizes the system, and speed fluctuations are smoother.

We use humor and constructivity to all we do. It's not having a bigger piece of cake, but doing a bigger cake among all of us :-9
