at musicaine we enhance teamwork during the learning music process of the song the assistants have chosen.

this team activity fosters free collaboration by helping each other in order to play the whole song properly.

the use of musicaina methodology goes from the individual interest in learning some chords to play an instrument into the group interest to play the song beautifully.

the format for every musicaine session is about 3 hours with 7 to 12 people with 3 music facilitators where each assistant learns the basic rules for piano, guitar and drums. we can make a different format, to your suit your needs.

during this learning process the communication channels among the assistants and the guides are fostered to be open and helpful for the objective of teamwork.

by this methodology, we provide a scenario for the group, a role for each assistant and a global target that is shared and inspired by the group.
